Please call the telephone number listed on your policy and provide the following information:-

Full Name
Policy Number
Policy Expiry Date
Contact Number
Explanation of the problem you have and details of what assistance you require

Depending on the situation they will explain to you exactly what you need to do.

If for any reason your claim is valid and you have to pay and claim back then you will require the following information:-

Detailed report from hospital dated and including your name, symptoms you appeared at the hospital with and what treatement you recieved
Medical Examination Results if different to the detailed report.
Full detailed receipts of what you have paid.
Any other reports provided including discharge report.

Depending on the claim, the insurance company may need more documents and if necessary will ask you to get them from the hospital/doctor.

Journeyman Travel Insurance

This product is perfect for expats and Cypriots living here in North Cyprus for more than 6 months of the year. This product offers single trip or annual policies and provides cover of up to 6,500,000 GBP for medical expenses. A great thing about this policy is that it covers up to aged 79 and if you are a policy holder in advance of your 79th birthday then they give you an option to renew year on year even after you turn 80. This policy is accepted for cruise holidays and also covers covid as well as diving up to 15m as long as you are certified and dicving with an accredited diving club.
